Nasty C chills with Wale

Nasty C is no stranger to rubbing shoulders with rap giants from around the world.

The award-winning rapper is buddies with the son of US superstar T.I. A few weeks ago, he was seen hanging out with the singer Ella Mai, and now he’s been sighted with the American hip hop artist Wale.

While the award-winning artist was out of the country, the “Lotus Flower Bomb” rapper paid him a visit in California. Nasty C released a photo and a video of the event on Instagram.

In the video, where the two musicians appear to be mid-conversation, the native of Durban wrote: “Yesterday, a legend pulled up on me.”

The two rappers also collaborated in the studio.

The producer Nani Chehore teased fans with photographs of Wale and Nasty C’s studio sessions.

Nasty C is now in Los Angeles working on his second album and has expressed interest in collaborating with American artists.

Wale is no stranger to collaborating with South African artists; he co-wrote the popular song “Ngudu” with Kwesta.

Nasty C shared a video on Instagram to reach out to American artists last month.

As an emerging artist in the United States, he stated that he wished to establish himself in the industry.

“I believe reaching out to artists of my caliber is the most natural approach to do this.” I’m well-known in South Africa, but I’m a rising star here,” he remarked.

In 2020, Nasty C signed with Universal’s Def Jam Recordings label. He revealed that he had asked his label to connect him with US artists with whom he could collaborate, but they had been unresponsive, so he turned to social media.
