Dokubo’s Allegations on Oil Bunkering and Military Involvement:

During his recent visit to President Bola Tinubu at the presidential villa, Asari Dokubo addressed journalists and linked oil bunkering in the Niger Delta to high-ranking Army, military, and Navy officials.

He argued that ordinary citizens lack the necessary resources and technology to engage in such illegal activities.

According to Dokubo, only military experts have the means to connect pipes directly to oil heads and extract crude oil from the source.

Bwala’s Response:

Reacting to Dokubo’s allegations, Daniel Bwala expressed his concerns over the claims made by the former Niger Delta warlord.

In a Twitter post, Bwala, who is a lawyer and media aide to Atiku Abubakar, criticized Dokubo for presenting his assertions without any investigative reports to substantiate his stance.

Bwala highlighted the lack of specific examples, facts, or qualified investigative reports against the Nigerian army in Dokubo’s statements, deeming it a troubling matter.
