Man Utd. When asked about the legitimacy of Manchester United’s equalizer in today’s Manchester Derby, Pep Guardiola appeared confused in his postgame interview. United defeated City 2-1 and now trails City by just one point in the Premier League standings.

City dominated the ball in the first half but did little with it, although United occasionally appeared dangerous on the counterattack. After less than three minutes, Marcus Rashford gave United the lead after Alejandro Garnacho, an 18-year-old substitute from Argentina, had performed admirably.

At 18 years and 197 days, he is the youngest player ever to assist in a Manchester Derby.

United have now won ten straight matches at Old Trafford in all competitions and have climbed to third place in the Premier League.

Rashford is the first Manchester United player since Cristiano Ronaldo in 2008 to score in seven successive games. He’s in excellent condition.
