According to the county sheriff’s office, the 26-year-old Ryan was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on at least one count of sexual assault.

This is a domestic violence-related event, according to individuals close to the family, who told Fox 10 Phoenix that he has been charged with an extra offense.

According to court documents, the assault occurred on August 31 but was not reported to police until the next day.

On December 31, Ryan reportedly entered the victim’s residence. The couple watched television before engaging in what detectives termed consensual romantic contact.

Colby Ryan, the eldest son of cult mother Lori Vallow, was arrested and charged with sex offences in Arizona on Sunday.

However, the alleged victim stated at one point that they requested Ryan to stop, but he did not comply.

According to court filings, the claimed victim told Ryan after the incident that she was not happy with it and requested for space, prompting Ryan to apologize and start crying.

They spoke with Ryan over the phone the following morning, and the alleged victim recorded the discussion. According to court filings, Ryan admitted to having raped the victim.

Officials with the county sheriff’s office claimed that Ryan admitted to the claims after receiving the Miranda warning.

According to the sheriff’s office website, he was detained on Saturday and made his initial court appearance the same day in Maricopa County Superior Court.

Currently, Ryan is being held on a $10,000 bond.

On September 9, he is due to make his next court appearance in the same court.
