Legendary bodybuilder, Jay Cutler, has announced his return to competing a decade after retiring from the sport.

Cutler is a four-time Mr Olympia champion, and was renowned for his massive quad muscles which earned him the nickname “Quad Stomp” after a pose he struck in the 2009 Mr Olympia competition.

After retiring from competing in 2013, Cutler focused on his own nutrition company and clothing line.

However, in an Instagram post that showcased his bulging biceps and quad muscles, he hinted at a potential comeback, captioning the post, “Back like I never left.”

Fans were quick to question whether Cutler was planning to compete in Mr Olympia again or if he could be training for the Masters Olympia, which is due to return for the first time in 11 years this summer.

Fellow bodybuilding champ, Flex Lewis, added to the speculation by suggesting that Cutler was keeping the Masters Olympia guys guessing.
