LASU Health Services begins screening new students

On Monday, August 15, 2022, the University Health Services will start a required Medical Screening for all newly accepted students for the 2021/2022 academic year.

The Directorate of Information and Communication Technology (DICT) is anticipated to book between 70 and 100 freshmen every day for the crucial medical check.

To participate in the Screening, new students must comply to the following procedures:

Visit your LACACA portal using your current login credentials to get your medical schedule, since medical clearance has been linked with registration.
On the specified day, students must bring the following to the Outpatient department of the LASU Health Centre:
Date of the planned medical screening as printed on paper
Two (2) passport pictures taken recently
Copy of payment receipt for medical screening
Writing supplies
Facemask and Hand Disinfectant
Parents, staff members, former pupils, and friends are NOT permitted in the screening area.
Strict observance of the Covid-19 Preventive Measures listed below:
Correct use of a face mask
Frequent handwashing or use of hand sanitizer is necessary to prevent the spread of disease.
Observance of a physical separation of at least 2 meters
Avoid assembling at any location during the workout. For the avoidance of doubt, only students with medical clearance will be eligible for enrollment. Only those approved via the LACACA platform will be eligible for Medical Clearance.
