The Lagos State Civil Service Commission (CSC) has finalised preparations to host the Year 2022 Commissions’ Summit from September 15th to 17th, 2022.
According to a statement signed by the Chairman of CSC, Mrs. Olubumi Fabamwo, the primary purpose of the Summit with the theme: “Fostering a Professional and Productive Public Service for the Lagos State Brand” is to promote standardisation of processes and procedures as they pertain to Career Management and Development of Officers across all Commissions and Boards in the State Public Service.
She stated that the purpose of the Commission’s Summit is to promote unity and uniformity in the application of rules and regulations.
Mrs. Fabamwo also disclosed that the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, will start the event and make a keynote presentation titled “The Role of Service Commissions in the Greater Lagos Agenda.”
