In another scene, Faye Windass (Ellie Leach) tells Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) that Jackson Hodge (Rhys Cadman), the father of her daughter, has contacted her and asked to meet with them.
Faye confesses to Sally that she came to grips with never becoming a mother due to her menopause and doesn’t want to run the danger of dredging up her sentiments by seeing Miley.
Sally volunteers to watch baby Glory when Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell) is otherwise occupied. She hands Glory over to Faye while feigning the urge to dash out.
Sally believes her plan has been successful when she returns and finds them playing.
Meanwhile, Daryan Zahawi (Twana Omer) tells Gary Windass (Mikey North) and Maria Connor (Samia Longchambon) that his brother wound up in Nottingham but that he is unable to find his precise location or any way to get in touch with him.
Daryan is given money by Gary and Maria to go to Nottingham in search of his brother.
Afterwards, Daryan declares that his social worker will accompany him to Nottingham in order to look for his brother.
Sam Blakeman (Jude Riordan), horrified, informs Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) that Hope Stape (Isabelle Flanagan) is speaking the truth when she claims that Beth Tinker (Lisa George) slapped her but advised her not to bother grassing her up since no one would believe it.
