On Monday, the president and his wife Rachel were seen on their way to the funeral.
The photograph depicted Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan seated close to his deputy minister for foreign affairs, Mbarouk Nassor Mbarouk.
The British government issued an order requesting that presidents attending the Queen’s funeral come by coach rather than their own vehicles.
However, certain foreign leaders, such as President Joe Biden of the United States, were permitted to travel using private automobiles.
