The newly-elected president of Kenya, William Ruto, shared a photograph of himself and other African leaders on route to Buckingham Palace for the funeral of Queen Elizabeth II.

On Monday, the president and his wife Rachel were seen on their way to the funeral.

The photograph depicted Tanzanian President Samia Suluhu Hassan seated close to his deputy minister for foreign affairs, Mbarouk Nassor Mbarouk.

The British government issued an order requesting that presidents attending the Queen’s funeral come by coach rather than their own vehicles.

However, certain foreign leaders, such as President Joe Biden of the United States, were permitted to travel using private automobiles.

It was discovered that some European royals waited up to 20 minutes at a bus stop after the Queen’s coffin left Westminster Abbey for Windsor.
