Clinton supported Marin’s right to let free by uploading an image of herself dancing in a packed bar in Cartagena, Colombia, when she was still serving as secretary of state in 2012. The photo was taken during Clinton’s trip to Colombia in 2012, while she was still serving in that capacity.
Clinton tweeted the following with the photograph: “As Ann Richards observed, “Ginger Rogers was able to replicate all of Fred Astaire’s moves. She just did it while wearing high heels and doing it backwards.”

Marin was quick to answer, tweeting back to Hillary Clinton with the phrase “Thank you” and added a love emoji in her message.
