Kaya Drive team and listeners, weigh-in on Senzo Meyiwa’s murder trial

The Kaya Drive team and listeners weighed in after Advocate Malesela Teffo’s stunning disclosures in Senzo

Meyiwa’s murder trial.

The team and listeners weighed in on recent events, including the shocking revelation that Kelly Khumalo was the

one who pulled the trigger.

Many listeners believed that the way the case is being handled is diluting the gravity of the situation, which is that a

man was shot and killed.

Not just any man, but a well-known athlete in the prime of his profession at the time of his death.

Senzo At the time, Robert Meyiwa was considered one of the country’s biggest stars. The country is baffled as to

why it has taken eight years for his killer/s to be apprehended.

Two dockets in a strange case

Besides of Adv. Teffo’s assertion that Khumalo shot her footballer boyfriend by accident, the case’s unusual

circumstances involving a second docket surfaced.

The second docket, according to Adv. Teffo, contains the identities of seven people who were present at the time of Senzo’s murder, including Khumalo, her mother, sister, high-ranking police officials, and former Gauteng community

safety MEC Sizakele Nkosi-Malubane.

On the other hand, forensic police officer Thabo Mosia, who testified, said he was unaware of a second docket.

One listener stated that the lies are coming to light and that the story has flaws.

Another is surprised as to why Kelly Khumalo hasn’t been called to the stand sooner.

“Instead of wasting more time, why can’t they just get Kelly Khumalo on the stand and get this over and

done with? It’s been dragging for 8-years and now they’re still interviewing police officers, instead of

getting her side of the story.”

According to one Kaya listener, Kelly Khumalo was the target of a hit, and Senzo was merely caught in the crossfire.

If the case had been handled by Kaya Drive listeners, they would have started with the persons who were already in

the house.
