Career Updates: As the 2023 General Election is rapidly approaching, the Independent National Electoral Commission has issued a recruitment notice.
The Independent National Electoral Commission stated on Wednesday that it will perform new hiring for the general elections in 2023.
In this regard, the selection official stated that the INEC recruitment portal has been activated, and eligible candidates should begin applying for the position.
Wednesday, INEC announced the announcement through a Facebook post. The portal, which opened on Wednesday (today), will be shut down on November 30, 2022, it was stated.
“The Commission has authorized INECPRES to reactivate the mobile app and web portal (laptops only) for Android phones only,” said the official statement.
“Therefore, the site will be accessible to eligible candidates for registration of all types of temporary employees (SPO/PO/APO/RATECHS/RAC Manager) with the exception of Collation Officers.
“The gateway is accessible from September 14 until November 30, 2022.”
Punch reported that election campaigning for the 2023 elections will commence later this month, marking the beginning of activities that will culminate in next year’s general elections.
