At approximately 7.45 a.m., the guy flipped his white Ford Ranger pickup at the intersection of Seven Hills Road and Bingara Road in Baulkham Hills, northern Sydney.

It is a little-known road rule in Australia that eating or drinking behind the wheel can result in a fine if the driver is found to have lost control of the car.

In New South Wales, where the collision took place, the penalty is a fine of $469 and three demerit points.

However, no charges or fines have been issued as of yet
