In a violent road rage row, a Ford rams into a BMW and then drives over the BONNET outside a popular pub.

A driver fleeing a road rage incident drove directly over the car blocking him in, then fled before police arrived.

Drinkers at the Albert bar in Roman Road, Bow, London, couldn’t believe their eyes as the Ford Focus squashed up against the other vehicle after repeatedly smashing into it and failed to push it out of the way.

The fight between the two drivers began around 5.50 p.m. on Friday, and it is claimed that the two automobiles had previously collided and one driver had assaulted the other.

The black BMW’s driver then reportedly sat in his seat, refusing to move.

Bystanders watched in disbelief as the plate-less grey Focus sent a plume of smoke into the air as it spun its wheels unable to get past.

The driver then reversed – tires screeching – and rammed back into the other car, sending its front wheel into the air.

A man filming what was happening hooted ‘It’s not going nowhere’ as the driver took another pop at bashing through.

Before the words were out of his mouth, the Ford smashed into the BMW again, this time flying into the air and mounting its bonnet on three wheels.

The man filming screamed ‘Yo, yo, yo. Oh my God. What the f**k’ as the front wheel drive Ford tore into the still still stationary BMW.

The front wheel drive Ford then got stuck across the BMW’s bonnet was with the driver only able to get traction from the edge of his front right wheel, which was still on the ground.

The scene unfolded on Friday evening at around 5.50pm at the Roman Road, Bow, London

‘What the f**k is this guy doing man’ the cameraman yelled, as the Ford’s wheels continued to spin.

Despite the fact he was using his mobile phone to film, he added: ‘Someone should call the police.’

Pub goers were seen standing around gawping at the bizarre scenes.

Eventually, a man appeared in a cap and pushed the Ford off the BMW.

It then lurches away, apparently jumping a red light, and is driven off erratically.

The driver of the BMW remained in the car the whole time without moving.

The Metropolitan Police said: ‘At 17:48hrs on Friday, May 27 police were called to Roman Road, E3 following reports of a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.

‘While officers were en-route, it was alleged that an occupant of one vehicle had assaulted the driver of the other before driving away.

‘There were no reports of any injuries. The car that was driven away from the scene was found nearby.

‘Enquiries are under way to identify those involved who did not wait for police to arrive.’
