Hunter Biden accused of “intimidation” after Delaware laptop repairman’s $75k defamation suit

Hunter Biden has been accused of attempting to intimidate the owner of a computer repair shop in Delaware, who had previously sued him for slander.

Hunter, 52, met John Paul Mac Isaac for the first time in April 2019, when he left his laptop at Mac Isaac’s shop and never returned to get it.

Since the eve of the 2020 presidential election, the laptop has been a source of fascination, with its incriminating photos of a drug-addled Hunter with prostitutes seized and the wayward businessman’s communications and accounts examined for evidence that Joe Biden was involved in questionable international deals.

In December, Hunter retained the seasoned political attorney Abbe Lowell, who had previously represented Jared Kushner, and began to fight back.

Lowell accused Mac Isaac of unauthorized access to the laptop, so on January 27 Mac Isaac filed a defamation lawsuit seeking $75,000 in damages.

On February 1, Lowell wrote to the Department of Justice and the Attorney General of Delaware, urging that Mac Isaac and others be prosecuted.

Thursday, Mac Isaac’s counsel stated that he believes Hunter intends to prosecute his client for vengeance. The store, founded by Mac Isaac in 2010, is now closed. It went under after reports of incriminating content on the laptop surfaced in October 2020

Attorney Brian Della Rocca (far right), who represents Delaware computer repair shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac (middle), accused Hunter Biden of ‘intimidation’ on Thursday night.

Hunter, 52, has enlisted a new legal team in an effort to vigorously refute the reports regarding the contents of his abandoned laptop.

Brian Della Rocca told Fox News anchor Tucker Carlson, “We were finally able to track him down and serve him last week.”

And suddenly, we notice this.

According to Della Rocca, the decision to press charges against Mac Isaac was directly related to Mac Isaac’s lawsuit against Hunter.

“He is attempting to intimidate.” And I find it interesting that this occurred at this time,’ Della Rocca told Carlson.

According to Della Rocca, they hired a private investigator who located Hunter in Culver City, California and served him with legal documents.

“It was extremely difficult to locate him,” stated Della Rocca.

Earlier on Thursday, Della Rocca told The New York Post that Hunter was “desperate” in his attempts to attribute his misadventures to others.

The store, which Mac Isaac founded in 2010, is now closed. In October 2020, allegations of incriminating material on the laptop led to its demise.

Della Rocca stated, “Hunter’s current actions are desperate attempts to continue blaming others for his own actions.”

He maintained that Mac Isaac had access to the laptop due to the document Hunter signed when he left it at the Wilmington store.

When Hunter signed the work order, he authorized John Paul to access the laptop’s files in attempt to recover the data, according to Della Rocca.

The work order specifies “recover data to the storage server and notify the customer when complete.”

He was unable to retrieve the info without accessing it.

And according to him, Hunter was informed that he would lose the laptop if he did not return to the store within three months.

According to Della Rocca, the work order clearly stated that any equipment left in the shop for more than 90 days was considered abandoned, and the customer agreed to hold The Mac Shop harmless for any damages or loss of property.

As soon as the property was abandoned, The Mac Shop acquired it.

Wednesday, Lowell notified the Justice Department and the attorney general of Delaware that they believed Mac Isaac had broken the law.

Lowell also accused Rudy Giuliani, who was provided with a copy of Hunter’s laptop, Robert Costello, and Steve Bannon, who also accessed the files.

Rudy Giuliani slammed Hunter Biden’s legal team for sending ‘frivolous’ letters to anyone who got or circulated Hunter’s infamous laptop.

In a letter to the attorney general, Lowell stated that there is “considerable reason to believe” that Biden’s personal computer files were accessed, copied, manipulated, and/or distributed in violation of several Delaware laws.

Lowell ruled that these improper conduct led to the extensive publishing, manipulation, and exploitation of Mr. Biden’s most private information.

Bryan M. Sullivan, another attorney currently representing Biden, sent a separate letter to Tucker Carlson and Fox News demanding that they correct the false statements made on his most recent show or face the possibility of a defamation suit.

Wednesday evening, Giuliani stated that the lawsuit was baseless.

I am at a loss for words to describe this. During a late-night podcast from West Palm Beach, he stated that it is unethical for the attorneys to pursue such a frivolous case.

“The complaint – that we should be investigated – is an attempt by Democrat-leaning public officials to launch yet another illegal investigation.”
