Amy Watts, the mother of the victim who sustained a traumatic brain injury, stated that she is saddened by the attack but harbors no resentment toward Cole.

The mental nurse stated, “There is no animosity, no wrath, and no nasty feelings toward this individual.” We have been foster parents for 15 years, caring for severely mentally ill people. She recognizes that this individual is gravely ill.’

Amy stated that the attack on her daughter and others in cities around the United States are the result of a “social and structural failing” regarding the mentally ill.

After stabbing Watts, Cole allegedly confronted a guy and a woman at a bus stop. Cole hurled an entire jar of pickles at the woman after she informed him he could not have her lighter, injuring her in the shoulder.

The man pursued Cole to a local grocery store, where he was apprehended by authorities.

The police stated that both incidents were “random and entirely unprovoked.”

Amy, the mother of Kyli, feels “no ill will” toward Cole, who caused a severe brain injury in her daughter.

Kyli is scheduled to remain in the hospital for another week, and her recuperation will be marred by long-term balance and eyesight problems.

Amy stated, “This is a problem that we as a society must examine and choose the next steps for, since it will only continue to worsen.”

Locals assert that District Attorney George Gascon’s soft-on-crime tactics are exacerbating the city’s crime problem.

As a result, he may face a recall.
