A heroic father of three held a lady who stripped to her underwear and raced naked through a Manchester-bound airliner while yelling “Allahu Akbar” twice before attempting to rush the cockpit.
On Tuesday, August 9, Phillip O’Brien, 35, was a passenger on a Jet2 aircraft from Lanarca, Cyprus to Manchester when a lady in her 30s produced a terrified scene soon after takeoff.
The lady appeared to imply she was carrying explosives and asked the youngsters she was with if they were “ready to die.”
She then revealed to the scared passengers and personnel that her parents were ISIS members.
Mr. O’Brien, the owner of a drainage company, was on board with six members of his family, including his wife and three children aged eight to fourteen.
He said that everyone was “sh*tting themselves,” but while seeing the unfolding incident, he questioned staff why no one was laying her on the floor before volunteering to assist.
