HBO’s hit show “Succession” is set to end after the release of upcoming 4th season

After the release of its upcoming fourth season, HBO’s hit show “Succession” is set to come to an end, according to series creator Jesse Armstrong.

Although HBO would have been willing to continue producing the show for more seasons, Armstrong feels that he has done the best work he can and that it’s time to end it.

He had been considering the end of the show since season two and had discussed the possibility of having a few “short seasons” with his fellow writers. However, he ultimately decided to end the show on a strong note rather than let it drag on.

Armstrong admits that the decision to end the show was “a bit tortured,” but he hopes that the show’s ending will work on its own merits and that fans will not feel that the show has overstayed its welcome. The fourth season of “Succession” will premiere on HBO on March 26.
