The management of Glorious Vision University (GVU), formerly Samuel Adegboyega University, Ogwa, Edo State, is looking for qualified applicants for its Postgraduate Diploma and Masters Degree programs for the 2022/2023 Academic Session.
Admission requirements for graduate school at Samuel Adegboyega University (SAU)
In addition to having an O-level, candidates for Postgraduate Diploma Programmes (PGD) must have at least a Third Class in their First Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in the relevant field and/or a professional qualification from a recognized higher learning institution.
Candidates for Masters Degree Programs must have at least a First Degree from Samuel Adegboyega University or any other University recognized by the Senate of Samuel Adegboyega University in the relevant discipline with a minimum of Second Class (lower division); Candidates with Third Class Bachelor’s Degree or HND who also have a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) with a minimum CGPA of 3.50 on a 5.00 scale in the relevant discipline may be considered.
Specific departmental exemptions and things to think about
MBA:
PGD in the right field
Professional skills in administrative discipline are also acceptable (but such a candidate will go through a mandatory 9 months PGD programme).
Religious Studies M.A.:
M.A. Religious Studies can be earned with a B.Th. or something similar from a recognized institution or seminary.
PGD/PGDE Religious Studies or Religious Education or its equivalent from a recognized institution may be considered.
PGD Business Administration: Professional qualifications that are relevant to the job are accepted.
PGD Economics: Relevant professional qualifications are acceptable.
Samuel Adegboyega University (SAU) Postgraduate Programmes Duration
PGD: Between two (2) full-time semesters and four (4) semesters (Part-time).
M.A./M.Sc.: Between three (full-time) and six (part-time) semesters (Part-time).
MBA and other management sciences: Between four (4) full-time semesters and six (6) full-time semesters (Part-time).

Candidates should go to pgschool.sau.edu.ng and follow the directions carefully. The bank teller lets potential candidates fill out the Application Form online for 15,000, which is a non-refundable fee. Before the deadline, the completed Application Form, academic transcripts, and any other important documents should be sent to the Dean of Postgraduate Studies.
