The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (‘NSIA’ or ‘the Authority’) is soliciting applications for its 2022 Graduate Analyst Programme from recent graduates who are youthful, ambitious, and performance-driven (GAP). The application date for the NSIA Graduate Analyst Programme is the 16th of September, 2022.
Graduate Analyst Programme (GAP) is a vital part of the Authority’s strategy to contribute to nation-building through enhancing human capacity development. The Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) gives young, ambitious, and performance-driven graduates the opportunity to gain direct practical experience in the Authority’s primary business sectors through a plan designed to foster global talents and a new generation of national leaders.
It is a two-year program that combines classroom instruction with on-the-job training to provide recent graduates with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and proficiency in Asset and Portfolio Management, Management, Infrastructure Project Management, Investment Operations, Compliance, Audit, and Risk Management.
Intense on-the-job training will offer successful applicants with a unique combination of the information, abilities, and competencies required to transition into a bigger corporate context. Following the successful implementation of the pilot program in 2021, NSIA plans to launch the GAP in 2022.
Eligibility for the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA) Graduate Analyst Programme
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degrees in any field from a respected university, with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper (2:1)
Maximum age of 24 for applicants with a bachelor’s degree and 26 for those with a master’s degree
NYSC must be completed at the time of application.
Applicants must be citizens of Nigeria.
In addition, candidates must exhibit the following characteristics:
Solid analytic and presentational abilities
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent comprehension of the NSIA’s mandate
Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Excellent comprehension and practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
High degree of initiative and capacity to complete specified responsibilities

The Procedure
Applicants who meet the qualifying requirements and pass the screening procedure will be enrolled in a seven-week Bootcamp. The final selection will be determined from among those who successfully complete the Bootcamp.
