Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Georgia residence, into which they invested “millions upon millions of dollars,” is up for foreclosure.
Despite rejecting the reports, Fulton County posted this week a document claiming Trust Bank will auction off the enormous estate on March 7.
According to a statement acquired by People, the couple defaulted on a $1.65 million mortgage loan they obtained in 2016 for the residence.
The announcement comes just a few months after the “Don’t Be Tardy” performer criticized “haters” for claiming the Georgia property was foreclosed on for $257,000.
“My residence did not sell for $257,00. You are idiots if you believe I would sell my home, into which we have invested millions and millions of dollars, for $257,000. The 44-year-old actress stated on her Instagram Story, “For real.”
In fact, the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star stated she had no immediate plans to leave.
She asked, “So, haters, what are you going to do when I’m here for Christmas, my birthday, and all those amazing dates?” “I’ll stay here till I f–king want to leave. Till I decide I no longer want to live here.”
In 2012, Kim and Kroy paid $880,000 for the home, which also faced foreclosure in 2014. Reportedly, the 7-bedroom mansion is now worth nearly three times as much.
The spacious residence provided ample room for the couple to raise their six children. The couple is the parents of 11-year-old Kroy “KJ” Jagger Jr., 10-year-old Kash Kade, and 9-year-old twins Kaia Rose and Kane Ren.
Kroy also adopted Brielle, 25, and Ariana Biermann, 21, from a prior relationship with Kim.
