Furious London man allegedly slammed his car into a gathering of screaming children

An furious man allegedly slammed his car into a gathering of screaming children after his daughter was soaked in a water battle.

After kids allegedly ‘soaked his daughter’ during a water fight in a west London park during the city’s record-breaking heat, the father was reportedly angry.

According to video posted online, on Friday afternoon in Barra Hall Park in Hayes, a guy seemed to tussle with students in school uniform as they shot water guns.

A silver car was then shown on camera mounting the park’s kerb and slamming into a large throng of screaming youngsters.

Hundreds of children were seen scattering as the car smashed into the crowd.

A witness to the alleged incident remarked, ‘This dude intended to kill people.’

Enraged teenagers pursued the car once it returned to the road.

A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said, “Police were notified to a disturbance in the Barra Hall Park area of Hayes at around 17:30hrs on Friday, 17 June.”

It is unclear whether the car hit anyone or if people were injured

‘It was reported that a man had his driven his car recklessly on a grassed area where a large number of children had gathered.

‘A 14-year-old girl alleged that she had been assaulted by the driver of the car. A 15-year-old boy alleged that the car had collided with his leg. Neither required medical treatment.

‘A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of common assault and dangerous driving. He remains in police custody.’
