Four-year-old child transported to hospital with burns after Adelaide vehicle fire


A South Australian youngster is in critical condition after his automobile caught fire.

Just after 3:30 on Wednesday, emergency personnel were summoned to Gaplin Street in Whyalla Stuart, which is located around 233 kilometers northwest of Adelaide.

First responders arrived on the scene to find a Holden Commodore car on fire with a 4-year-old youngster inside who had suffered burns to his face and body.

To get the little boy to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, a helicopter was used.

To find out what started the fire, fire cause investigators will go to the site.
