Florida police arrest Keith Moses, 19, accused of killing 3 people

The arrest of a 19-year-old suspected of shooting three people, including a local TV journalist and a 9-year-old girl, has been captured on police bodycam footage released by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office in Florida.

The video shows Keith Moses screaming “I can’t breathe!” as deputies tackle him to the ground, retrieve a gun from his pant leg, and slap on handcuffs.

According to police, Moses fatally shot a 38-year-old acquaintance, Nathacha Augustin, in a car on Wednesday morning, fled the scene, then returned four hours later to kill journalist Dylan Lyons and injure photographer Jesse Walden as they reported on the earlier murder.

Moses then went on to shoot the 9-year-old girl and her mother. The girl died from her injuries, and her mother remains in critical condition. Moses faces second-degree murder charges related to Augustin’s death, with further charges expected to follow.
