According to allegations, a former social worker in Colorado made “sexual approaches” on 40 or so women and threatened to take their kids away if they turned her down.
According to a $1 million complaint brought by Aurora Councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky on behalf of around 40 other women, Robin Niceta, 41, a child-protective worker with Arapahoe county, reportedly served parents and caregivers drink and invited them to her home before making sexual approaches.
She is also charged with threatening to sever the bonds between parents and their children and fabricating complaints and evidence to support those threats in an effort to quiet her victims and their “restraining orders.”
The lawsuit’s author, attorney Elliot Singer, told The Gazette that “so far, several parents have come forward to let us know that they, too, had their children taken away from them as a result of Robin Niceta’s actions related to their cases, whether by what they believe to be false testimony during court or what they believe to be false reports.”
Niceta allegedly informed one mother she had gift cards for her, provided her personal mobile number, and requested her to pick them up at her house. The mother was presented with an alcoholic beverage but declined it when she arrived.
Singer said that Niceta “basically turned on her” and “done everything in her power to ensure the kid was permanently taken” after the classmate “refused what was plainly sexual approaches.”
Niceta is shown with a brown pixie cut. The former social worker is also accused of threatening to split apart families in an effort to intimidate her victims and their “restraining orders.”
Niceta accused councilwoman Danielle Jurinsky of molesting her kid sexually. Later, police determined that the accusations were untrue, which prompted Jurinsky to file the $1 million lawsuit.
On behalf of herself and 40 other women who came up about inappropriate interactions with Niceta, councilwoman Jurinsky filed the complaint.
According to the Gazette, Niceta recently became romantically connected with Aurora Police Chief Vanessa Wilson, who was sacked in April after the former social worker falsely claimed Jurinsky had “sexually assaulted her kid” in an anonymous complaint on January 28.
The former social worker left her position in May as allegations started to flow.

Niceta stated, “Please accept my email as my immediate resignation from Arapahoe County.” “Thank you for the last five years, and I wish you both the best.”
On May 16, Niceta was given a warrant for his arrest.
The social worker’s claim against Jurinsky was referenced in the arrest document in January, one day after the councilwoman had criticized her ex-lover, Wilson, on the Steffen Tubbs radio program.
According to Denver7, Niceta made the call while posing as a worker at one of Jurinsky’s four eateries that are located close to Denver.
She reported hearing Jurinsky ask her kid, “Do you want to see anything funny?” to the police. and after that started having sex with the kid.
According to the arrest statement, Niceta was “mortified, outraged, and offended” when Jurinsky infamously called the police chief “trash.”
Police were able to end the investigation on February 14 after concluding that Jurinsky was innocent. Later, they identify Niceta as the person who reported the fraudulent claims to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Department; she was jailed in May.
Later, Jurinsky said that Niceta has never met her and that the last few months have been “terrible.”
In an interview with Denver 7, Jurinsky said, “All I can say is this is a parent’s worst nightmare to receive a call like I did and to be under investigation like I was, knowing that it was a total falsehood and knowing that it was revenge for my ideas.”
“I can take every other assault that has been directed at me on my feet, and I can shoot back and fight back.” I’m on my knees because you involved my kid. And the conflict takes on a new form.
Insensitive remarks were made by Jurinsky about the previous Aurora police chief, who was Niceta’s ex-lover. A day later, Niceta anonymously reported Jurinsky.
Niceta has been included in another complaint brought by a family that claims she cut off one family from their daughter, who is 14 years old. On August 26, she is scheduled to appear in court. Niceta is shown with a brown pixie cut, while Vanessa Wilson, her ex-lover, has a gray pixie cut.
Her county-provided laptop was subject to a search warrant, and it revealed a lengthy history of inquiries into “does the child abuse hotline maintain phone numbers in Colorado.” The search was done by Niceta a few minutes before reporting Jurinsky.
The formerly employed social worker has previously refuted the accusations, saying that she “didn’t know anything” about them and that she didn’t make the phone call to report Jurinsky.
On August 29, Niceta will appear in court to address the accusations made against her.
On August 14, a different Colorado family filed a complaint against Niceta, accusing her of severing a family from their daughter, who was then 14 years old.
According to Fox News, the FBI is looking into whether Niceta used fake information to file a fraudulent complaint against them and get custody of a kid with a previous partner.
