A KwaZulu-Natal farmer died following an alleged altercation with his employee.

Midlands EMS Howick Advanced Life Support paramedics were dispatched to the scene, and despite efforts to resuscitate the patient, the farmer was declared deceased on the scene.

According to Midland EMS, the altercation happened in the house and led to a fight.

The exact cause of the incident is under investigation by SAPS.
