Ex-NFL player, Kevin Ware may end his life in jail for the murder of his ex-girlfriend

The body of a former NFL player’s ex-girlfriend, whose remains were discovered months after she went missing last year, was charged with murder on Thursday.

Kevin Ware, who played tight end for Washington and San Francisco in 2003 and 2004, is also accused of tampering with evidence in the death of Taylor Pomaski, specifically a corpse.

He might spend the rest of his life behind bars for murder.

The 29-year-old Pomaski was last seen in April 2021 at a house party in the Spring, Texas, area of Houston.

In December, her remains were discovered.

In April 2022, her remains were recognised, according to KHOU-TV.

Harris County prosecutor Lacy Johnson stated, “We thank everyone who has come forward to provide evidence and aid in our investigation.

Despite the fact that the investigation has been ongoing since Taylor vanished in 2021, the legal procedure is only now getting started, so we want anyone with information about what transpired between Kevin and Taylor to come forward.

Ware, 41, has been incarcerated in the neighbouring Montgomery County jail since June 2021 on unrelated drug and firearms charges.

Coby DuBose, Ware’s lawyer, didn’t respond right away to a phone message or email requesting comment.
