Ex-boyfriend of fashion influencer steals cockapoo while she was on vacation

A London property developer pretended to be a dog walker in order to steal his ex-girlfriend’s cockapoo while she was on vacation.

After their relationship ended at the beginning of this year, Bashar Ayoub, 45, terrorized Hannah Rasekh, 33, by sending her hundreds of messages such as “I’ll rip you apart.”

The British-Jordanian entrepreneur claimed Ayoub was emotionally and psychologically abusive throughout their relationship, according to The Sun.

After their January breakup, Ayoub sent her dozens of emails calling her a “b***h” and stating that he prayed “every day” for her death.

Ms. Rasekh went on vacation to Spain in July, after which Ayoub returned to her home in South Kensington, London.

He told her house-sitting parents that he was there to walk her cockapoo Ted, but “he never returned with the dog.”

Ms. Rasekh’s social media accounts feature images of a happy and healthy Ted after the incident.

A few weeks later, he returned to the property and accused Ms. Rasekh of lying about being on vacation by sending her a photograph of her vehicle.

The police warned him to stay away, but within hours he called her 64 times and sent her threatening messages.

In one text message, he told Ms. Rasekh, “Die, you thieving whe; I pray you die; I pray every day that you die, you whe.”

In another, he wrote, “I’ll tear your entire family apart, you scumbags.”

Ayoub, a resident of a £2 million apartment in Belgravia, pleaded guilty to one count of stalking with fear of harm and violence at Westminster magistrates’ court.

He was granted bail on the condition that he has no contact with Ms. Rasekh, does not go near her residence or the neighborhood, and wears a GPS tag.

On December 8, Ayoub will be sentenced by the same court.
