In their latest climate stunt, Just Stop Oil protestors splattered orange paint across a Rolex store in downtown London.
At least two members of the eco-mob are seen using fire extinguishers to cover the store’s glass walls in Knightsbridge with paint in a video published on Twitter.
This is the group’s twenty-eighth demonstration this month, as they demand the government halt all new oil and gas permits and licenses.
Jennifer Kowalski, a 26-year-old environmental scientist from Glasgow, stated, “Jewel-encrusted watches are useless when they are destined to be lost in floods and climate change is occurring now.” Currently, an energy crisis is occurring.
“We do this because we wish to safeguard the things and people we value.” I am unwilling to watch while the reluctance to improve the lives of ordinary people causes my loved ones to suffer.
