The former president tuned in to a “tele-rally” in support of Sarah Palin, the former governor of Alaska and vice presidential candidate, who is running in a special election on August 16 for the state’s lone House seat.
Palin presented Trump to her supporters who were watching and told them to be thankful that the 76-year-old was honouring his promise to speak to them despite the pressures of the time.

Palin aspires to fill the seat left vacant by Rep. Don Young, who passed away in March after serving in the position for 49 years.

Mar-a-Lago was “under siege, attacked, and seized by a huge number of FBI officers,” he said.
He said, “They even broke into my safe.”
The president said in a statement that “the political persecution of President Donald J. Trump has been going on for years, with the now completely disproved Russia, Russia Scam, Impeachment Hoax #1, Impeachment Hoax #2, and so much more, it simply never stops.”
