Chris Smith has lost his third job in a week as a result of his scandalous dismissal from hosting a luxurious Mediterranean cruise.
After losing his positions at Sky News and 2GB, Smith’s position as a celebrity host on one of Travelrite International’s cruises has been terminated.
Next June, Smith and his long-term partner Susie Burrell were scheduled to lead a 16-night, $10,000-per-person tour of the Mediterranean’s medieval cities.
The Guardian claims that Travelrite director Simon Wallis said the company is seeking a replacement captain for the cruise ship ‘The Constellation’ and is communicating with radio station 2GB about potential possibilities.
While it is unknown whether Ms. Burrell will continue to serve as a host, Daily Mail Australia can confirm that the dietitian is standing by Smith despite his abusive behavior against young female coworkers at the Sky News Christmas party.

Hadley and Panahi concurred that Smith should not be permitted to rejoin their respective networks.
Hadley told listeners, “I’d be extremely astonished if he ever returned to anywhere again, and I’d argue the radio and television industries will not be poorer for his departure.”

Smith stated on Monday, “I am utterly heartbroken and shocked to learn that I offended my coworkers during our Christmas party.”
