Cailee Spaney and Jacob Elordi reportedly joined “Priscilla.”

According to reports, Cailee Spaney and Jacob Elordi have been cast in “Priscilla”.

According to rumours, the pair has been cast to portray Elvis Presley and his ex-wife Priscilla in a forthcoming film version of her autobiography “Elvis and Me.”

The film, titled simply “Priscilla,” will be directed and written by Oscar-winning “Lost In Translation” director Sofia Coppola.

This fall, Coppola will work on the movie with many old friends, including production designer Tamara Deverell, costume designer Stacey Battat, editor Sarah Flack, and director of photography Philippe Le Sourd.

Priscilla shared her perspective on her marriage to the late King of Rock and Roll in her biography from 1985, which she co-wrote with Sandra Harmon.

Although the “Suspicious Minds” figure is often portrayed in a more favourable light, the book offers a more direct account of him from her perspective.

The connection between them is covered in the book from their first meeting when Priscilla was 14 and he was 24 to their subsequent divorce.

It details their relationship from her perspective, including rumours of extramarital relationships on both sides, Elvis’ drug use, and more.

Austin Butler played Elvis earlier this year in Baz Luhrmann’s “Elvis” biographical drama. Elordi, who has previously starred in films including “Euphoria,” “The Kissing Booth” trilogy on Netflix, and “Deep Water,” is now the second actor to portray Elvis lately.

Olivia DeJonge portrayed Priscila in the movie; Spaney, who has previously been in “The First Lady,” “Mare of Easttown,” “On the Basis of Sex,” and “Bad Times at the El Royale,” was cast in this new rendition.
