Priscilla Presley opposes Lisa Marie Presley’s will and asserts that her signature is “invalid.”

Priscilla Presley has questioned the “authenticity and validity” of Lisa Marie Presley’s last will and testament.

Thursday, the entrepreneur filed filings with the Los Angeles Superior Court contesting a “supposed 2016 amendment” to the will that removed her as a trustee.

According to documents acquired by Page Six, Priscilla, age 77, wanted a judge to evaluate the legality of an addendum naming Lisa Marie’s eldest daughter Riley Keough and her late son Benjamin Keough as successor co-trustees.

According to the revision, Lisa Marie’s former business manager Barry Siegel and Priscilla were removed from the trust, leaving Riley as the sole trustee when her brother committed suicide in 2020.

Priscilla asserts in her court statement that she and Siegel were named co-trustees for the first time on January 29, 1993, when Lisa Marie “executed a revocable living trust, which she amended and completely restated on January 27, 2010.”

When her daughter died on January 12 from cardiac arrest, she claimed to have discovered a fresh modification dated March 11, 2016.

In the documents, Priscilla asserts that her daughter’s signature on the 2016 paper “appears inconsistent with her usual and customary signature” and that Lisa Marie’s name was misspelled.

In addition, she claimed that the document had never been notarized and had not been provided to her during Lisa Marie’s lifetime, as required under the 2010 trust agreement.

Priscilla, the ex-wife of the late Elvis Presley, continued by stating that Siegel “has already resigned or will soon resign as a co-trustee of the Trust.”

The contract states, “Therefore, in such an event, Riley would become a co-trustee with [Priscilla] with respect to the trust and all trusts created thereunder.”

“Notwithstanding the foregoing, since Riley is over 30 years old, she may serve as a co-trustee of her subtrust by delivering a signed written consenting to serve in such capacity.”

Lisa Marie’s financial difficulties have been well-documented over the years, including her 2018 lawsuit against Siegel, in which she accused him of incompetence and mismanagement of her substantial Elvis fortune.

According to records filed at the time, Lisa Marie claimed her former company manager left her in “financial ruin” in 2016 with only $14,000 in cash. Lisa Marie was countersued by Siegel for $800,000 in unpaid bills.

The most recent application by Priscilla comes less than one week after Lisa Marie was laid to rest at Graceland after a star-studded memorial service.

Later, the mother of one thanked followers for their support during her “extremely difficult time.”

“Thank you all for your condolences, your words have moved me,” Priscilla tweeted earlier this week.

It has been a really trying period, but knowing that there are people who love you makes a difference.
