Brains behind AI ChatGPT clueless about why the website is unaccessible

We reported earlier that ChatGPT was down for some time earlier today, and we have since been following the updates released on OpenAI’s status website.

They have been given reports and reasons why ChatGPT website was inaccessible but what stands out is that they seem not to know exactly why the site is going down.

They mentioned some things about database instability which they said they are “seeing” while they continue “to actively investigate the issue”. However, the website largely remains unaccesible as the service was going on and off.

Their latest update was “ChatGPT is now available for paying customers. We will continue to investigate and work to bring back the ChatGPT service to all users.”

We will continue to monitor their progress and wonder why brains behind such artificial intelligence couldn’t figure out how it has become inaccessible.
