After failing to secure an invitation to CEO Bryan Lourd’s private Oscar party, Bill Maher, who had been represented by Creative Artists Agency (CAA) for over two decades, decided to end his professional relationship with the agency.
The exclusion from the star-studded event, attended by numerous A-list celebrities and CAA clients, left Maher feeling disheartened and undervalued by his longtime representatives.
