Joe Biden was captured on tape last weekend making yet another mental error when he seemed to confuse a Salvation Army volunteer for a secret service agent.
Prior to this week’s “Three Amigos” conference between the presidents of the US, Canada, and Mexico, the mistake happened on Sunday in El Paso, Texas, when the delegation was visiting the Mexican border.
