President Joe Biden denounced “MAGA Republicans” who supported the effort to disrupt the 2020 election.

You’re either on the mob’s side or the police’s side. You cannot be pro-law enforcement and pro-rebellion, he stated.

At a rally in Wilkes-Barre, he criticized Republicans such as Lindsey Graham who back Donald Trump.
He backed FBI agents who stormed Mar-a-Lago as well.

Now it’s horrible to witness new attacks on the FBI, threatening the lives of law enforcement agents and their families for doing nothing more than enforcing the law, he said.

“I am opposed to police defunding. I am also against defunding the FBI.
Donald Trump will hold a campaign event for Republican Senate and gubernatorial candidates in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.

On Tuesday, President Joe Biden blasted against “MAGA Republicans” who supported the attempt to overthrow the 2020 election and lashed out GOP politicians like Lindsey Graham who support Donald Trump.

In a campaign-style address in Pennsylvania intended to bolster enthusiasm for Democratic candidates in that state, Biden centered his assaults on Trump supporters, connecting the issue to police support and justifying the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago.

He referred to the attacks on federal officials as “sickening” and told Republicans, “You can’t be pro-law enforcement and pro-rebellion.”

Biden did not mention Trump by name, but his intent was plain when he criticized Republican senators who defended the January 6 revolt and led congressional opposition to overturn the presidential election results.

He questioned how they could claim to be pro-police when Capitol police were speared with flagpoles, sprayed with mace, trampled on, pulled, and brutalized. Police officers were killed as a result of that day.’

Permit me to address my MAGA Republican colleagues in Congress. Don’t say you support law enforcement if you all criticize the sixth’s events. He addressed the assembly of about 500 at Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, “Don’t tell me.”

The Democratic crowd’s cheers were drowned out as Biden’s voice grew louder.

“For the love of God, whose side are you on?” Whose side are you on?’ shouted the president.

You’re either on the mob’s side or the police’s side. You cannot simultaneously support law enforcement and revolt. You cannot be a law and order party and call the individuals who attacked police on January 6 patriotic. You can’t do it. What are our youngsters learning? It is that straightforward.’

He then supported federal investigators, many of whom experienced threats during the raid on Trump’s Palm Beach, Florida, property earlier this month. When Trump departed the White House, agents are probing if he took secret information with him.

Biden stated, ‘Now it’s terrible to watch the latest attacks against the FBI – endangering the lives of law enforcement agents and their families for merely enforcing the law and doing their job’

I wish to make it quite clear that there is no place in this country for threatening the lives of law enforcement. No location. None. Never. Period. I am opposed to police defunding. I am also against defunding the FBI.

President Joe Biden denounced “MAGA Republicans” who supported the effort to disrupt the 2020 election.

Additionally, the Trump attacked Lindsey Graham. Graham warned of street unrest in a Sunday night interview with Fox News if Trump is convicted.

Biden did not specifically say Graham, but it was evident who he was referring to.

No one expects politics to be a piece of cake. It is occasionally as cruel as hell. But when you turn on the news, you see senior senators and representatives claiming that if a certain event occurs, there would be blood in the streets. Where in the hell are we?’ asked Biden.

Graham, a South Carolina senator and close ally of Trump, warned on Sunday night that if Trump is arrested for mishandling sensitive documents, there will be “riots in the streets.”

Most Republicans, like myself, believe there is no law when it comes to Trump. Graham told Fox News, “It’s all about getting him.”

He contrasted the inquiry of Trump to the FBI’s treatment of the president’s son, Hunter Biden. Republicans have asserted that Hunter receives special treatment due to his father’s status. White House officials assert that they do not interfere with government probes.

Graham remarked, “If Donald Trump is prosecuted for mishandling secret material in the wake of the Clinton scandal, there will be rioting in the streets.”

A warrant disclosed that Trump is being examined for probable violations of the Espionage Act and obstruction of justice.

The government is conducting a criminal investigation into the improper removal and storage of classified information in unauthorized spaces, as well as the unlawful concealment or removal of government records, according to an affidavit with extensive redactions, which added that there is “probable cause to believe that evidence of obstruction will be found.”

Trump insists he declassified all Mar-a-Lago documents after leaving office and denies any wrongdoing.

Biden, on the other hand, is focusing his election-year vitriol on followers of the previous president, whom he refers to as “extreme MAGA Republicans.”

The president accused them of’semi-fascism’ when he spoke at a Democratic fundraiser in an affluent Maryland suburb outside of Washington, D.C., last week.

Biden addressed 100 affluent fundraisers, “What we’re seeing now is either the beginning or the end of an extreme MAGA worldview.” It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire ideology that supports the – I’m going to call it – it’s like semi-fascism.

Donald Trump will hold a campaign event for Republican Senate and gubernatorial candidates in Wilkes-Barre on Saturday.

Graham, in an interview with Fox News on Sunday night (above), warned of ‘riots in the streets’ if Donald Trump is indicted. In his speech on Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden attacked South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham.

President Joe Biden also criticized Republicans who supported the attack on the Capitol on January 6th, stating, “You’re either on the side of the crowd or the side of the police.” You cannot be pro-law enforcement and pro-rebellion, he stated.

Now he’s taking his aggressive rhetoric on the road. His visit to Wilkes-Barre on Tuesday is the first of three stops he will make in the politically significant swing state in the week preceding the November congressional elections.

Additionally, it precedes Trump’s Saturday rally in the same city. The former president will campaign for Republican candidates Doug Mastriano for governor and Dr. Mehmet Oz for the Senate.

Josh Shapiro, the Democratic nominee for governor, was with Biden on Tuesday, but John Fetterman, the Democratic nominee for the Senate, was not. On Labor Day, though, Fetterman will accompany Biden when the president visits the state.

Biden advocated for the election of both candidates in his Tuesday remarks.

Biden narrowly won Pennsylvania in the 2020 presidential election. Trump had defeated Hillary Clinton in the state in 2016. A handful of Republicans attempted to halt the certification of the election results in the state, but after numerous challenges and hearings, Biden was declared the winner.

The purpose of Biden’s trip was to “finance the police.”

In the state, crime has become a political hot potato.

In the fiercely contested election for governor, Mastriano has accused Shapiro, the state attorney general, of being too lenient on crime.

Republicans have attempted to attribute the post-pandemic rise in crime rates to Democrats and the ‘defund the police’ movement that formed in response to the 2020 racial justice marches.

Many Democrats, including Biden, have never backed budget cuts for law enforcement.

In his speech, Biden also advocated for the renewal of the prohibition on assault rifles, a law he championed when in the Senate. The prohibition ended in 2004.

“We challenged the NRA, we will challenge them again, we won, and we will win again, but we’re not stopping there. I am determined to implement a ban on assault weapons in this country. He stated, “I’ve done this before, and I’ll do it again.”

Before he tested positive for covid, Biden was set to deliver the address in mid-July.

With its contested gubernatorial and Senate races, Pennsylvania is a key state for both parties in the November midterm election.

Additionally, Biden is scheduled to visit the state on Thursday for a major campaign address and on Monday for Labor Day.

Thursday, the president will deliver a speech in front of Independence Hall in Philadelphia, the location where the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were discussed and accepted by America’s founding fathers.

He will highlight how the nation’s international position and democracy are at risk.

The White House stated, “He will discuss the progress we have achieved as a nation to safeguard our democracy, but also how our rights and freedoms are still under attack.” And he will make it obvious who is fighting for these rights, for these liberties, and for our democracy.

It is uncertain whether he will reference former President Donald Trump, his predecessor in the Oval Office.

Biden has made Trump’s supporters and his brand of conservatism a slam dunk for Democrats, accusing ‘extreme MAGA Republicans’ of wanting to strip people of their rights.

He is attempting to portray the November election – which will determine control of the House and Senate – as a choice between democracy and GOP extremism.

Biden stated last week at a political rally in Rockville that Trump and MAGA Republicans were ‘destroying America.’

Biden told the students gathering at Richard Montgomery High School in Rockville, Maryland, “I admire conservative Republicans, but I don’t respect these MAGA Republicans.”

Biden cautioned that the MAGA Republicans are not only a threat to our individual liberties and economic security, but also to our fundamental democracy.

He said, “They refuse to recognize the will of the people, advocate political violence, and do not believe in democracy.” We must be stronger, more determined, and more dedicated to defending America than the MAGA Republicans are to destroying America at this time.
