Atlanta mother calls her newborn child LITTLE NUGGET after giving birth in a McDonald’s restroom

After delivering her child in the restroom of a McDonald’s, one fast-food customer and pregnant mother received a different type of “Happy Meal.”

Wednesday morning, Alandria Worthy and her fiance stopped by the restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia, so she could use the restroom as her labor intensified.

The woman reported that her labor with her “little nugget” progressed rapidly.

“As soon as I entered the bathroom, my water broke,” Worthy told WXIA.

After the woman began screaming, Tunisia Woodward, the restaurant’s manager, entered the lavatory to investigate.

Woodward stated, “When I opened this door, I did not see anyone, but I did see feet (under the door).” “When I opened the door, she was lying back on the toilet, screaming. Then I knew to inform my staff, ‘Today we’re having a kid!’

The manager, along with two other staff and Worthy’s fiancé Deandre Phillips, sprang into action instantly.

Phillips stated, “I was attempting to calm her down because she was frantic.”

I exclaimed, “Just breathe!” I placed her on the floor and removed my clothing. The ladies at McDonald’s were holding her hands at her front as I supported her feet on my knees. We instructed her to press three times. She was a combatant.

The staff also knew what to do, as they were all parents themselves.

“Since we are all mothers, we put our heads together,” Woodward explained.

“All we needed was for the father to catch the infant. And he did,’ the manager claimed of herself, Sha’querria Kaigler, and Keisha BlueMurray, her staff.

Phillips said, “Yes, she flew onto my hand.”

At one point during the labor, Worthy bit Woodward’s hand while using the workers as support.

The manager joked in an interview that it was okay because “she didn’t break my skin.”

Less than fifteen minutes later, the couple’s “little nugget” miraculously entered the world.

According to the group, the birth of Nandi Ariyah Moremi Phillips required only a few pushes.

“Oh my God, it’s still unfathomable that it happened,” Worthy told an Atlanta television station.

The new parents stated that they believe “divine intervention” led them to the McDonald’s that day and to the group of willing women.

This miraculous intervention also resulted in their enduring moniker for Nandi.

‘I said, we’re going to name her Little Nugget. The mother stated that this is her nickname: McDonald’s Little Nugget.

Phillips concurred, “She is undoubtedly a gem.” My parents also liked the name. We were like, well, it matches her. My little nugget.’

While the incident captured the attention of media outlets in Georgia and around the world, franchise owner Steve Akinboro was also informed.

Akinboro gave each of the three female employees a $250 gift card as a reward for their hard work.

Woodward revealed to WXIA that she intends to spend a portion of the money on the newborn.
