Arizona Arme, 23, is alleged to have also used her trusted position as a Derbyshire police community support officer to access confidential details of murder victims, including children

In June 2021, Gracie Spinks was fatally stabbed by a stalker. A Derbyshire police officer has been accused of improperly accessing information about this case using the force’s computer system.

Arizona Arme, 23, is accused of also accessing private information about the murder of a second lady and three children while serving as a police community support officer.

Terri Harris, 35, her two children John Paul, 13, and Lacey, 11, together with Lacey’s friend Connie Gent, 11, were all murdered inside a Killamarsh residence in September 2021.

She is also accused of researching the specifics of six unexpected fatalities that occurred in the county.

Arme, who has refuted all of the accusations, has since given up her position as a PCSO and is no longer an active member of the constabulary.

According to Derbyshire Police, all family members of people who were allegedly involved in the incidents she purportedly saw have been informed, whenever possible.

The charges against former PCSO Arizona Arme are very severe, and if found to be true, they would significantly fall short of the standards required of Derbyshire Constabulary employees and officers, according to a force spokesperson.

In total, the defendant has been charged with five counts of violating the Data Protection Act 2018 by gaining access to sensitive material on police systems in connection with significant inquiries.

According to the allegations, Arme allegedly received personal information about Terri Harris and her three children’s murder in Killamarsh in September 2021 “knowingly or carelessly.”

Additionally, she is charged with getting information in June 2021 about the Duckmanton murder of Gracie Spinks.

Arme is also charged with acquiring personal information about six unexpected deaths that occurred between October 2020 and September 2021.

She is accused of obtaining the personal information of two more people between December 2019 and October 2021, as well as the information connected to four traffic fatalities, in January 2021.

The former PCSO officer, who worked for the police department from July 2019 until April 2022, investigated the 35-year-old stalker Michael Sellers’ murder of 23-year-old Gracie Spinks.

Five more Derbyshire police officers will now be subject to misconduct hearings as a result of the investigation into Gracie Spinks’ murder, it was discovered the model had reported Sellers to the police four months prior to her passing.

A rucksack containing “Rambo-style knives,” Viagra, and a chilling message that read, “Don’t lie!” was discovered just weeks prior to the murder less than 100 meters from the scene, yet despite dog walkers turning in the items, they were recorded as “lost property.”

One hundred yards from the scene of Gracie’s death, this backpack included a receipt that was connected to the murderer.

On June 18, 2021, Sellers, Gracie’s former boss at work, killed himself immediately after killing her by stabbing.

The killings of Terri Harris, 35, her two children John Paul, 13, and Lacey, 11, as well as Lacey’s companion Connie Gent, 11, who were all killed at Killamarsh in September 2021, are another occurrence that Arme is said to have illegally accessed.

Later this year, Damien Bendall, who was Terri’s boyfriend at the time of the attack and is charged with all four murders, will go on trial.

Prior to killing Terri Harris, John Paul, and Connie Gent on January 4, he was originally charged with raping and killing 11-year-old Lacey.

Connie had only been at the house because Lacey had offered her to stay the night.

In 2019, Arme finished her training and was sworn in as a police community support officer.

She is listed as having worked on knife crime, being a blue light champion, a mental health first aider, and an LGBT+ liaison officer on her LinkedIn page.

She reportedly underwent training in the Victims’ Code, which instructs police officers on victims’ rights, suicide prevention, emergency first aid, and mental health first aid, while she was a member of the force.

In her first position, she covered Staveley and the surrounding districts, including Duckmanton, the home of Gracie Spinks, while working out of Staveley police station.

She is presently thought to work for Cheetham Jackson, a company that provides independent financial advice, as a Client Fulfillment Advisor.

Arme, of Campion Close, Wingerworth, close to Chesterfield, appeared at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates’ Court and entered a not-guilty plea to each of the five allegations.

District Judge Jonathan Taaffe gave her bail and postponed the case. The 29th of July is her next scheduled appearance at Derby Crown Court.
