An ex-girlfriend of chauvinist Andrew Tate disclosed that he strangled her till she fainted during “rough sex.”
The British woman stated that the Tate initially captivated her and urged her to work for his webcam business, but afterwards became dictatorial and intimidating.
Tate, 36, and Tristan, 34, were detained in December on accusations of human trafficking, rape, and exploitation of women by an organized crime ring.

They would then allegedly be forced to labor in their adult entertainment chat rooms.
Sophie (not her real name) accused Tate of striking her and turning violent during sex during an interview with BBC Radio 4’s File on 4 program.
Sophie informed the program that they met on Facebook, and at first there was nothing to indicate that he was not genuine.
After a period of online communication, she arranged to visit him in Bucharest and quickly became his girlfriend.
She reported that he then asked her to work for his webcam business, promising that she would “make a fortune” if she did.
Sophie stated that despite her refusal, he would continually assert, “If you loved me, you would do it,” which gradually led her to believe that “maybe he’s right.”
She reported feeling forced and feared losing him if she refused.
She stated that she earned approximately £800 for six hours of work, and Tate would retain £400.
Sophie reported that Tate became more authoritarian over time and would “fine” her if she left the house without his consent.
There was some discord… She stated that he held her against the wall, smacked her hard, and then shouted “you whore”
She reported that he eventually got violent, enjoyed hard sex, and strangled her until she fainted.
She described him as “extremely manipulative” and said, “He completely lacks empathy.” He is a complete and utter narcissist.’
I do not believe that he is emotionally capable of feeling affection for anyone or anything, including his family or his brother; there is nothing.
She responded, “It’s very difficult because I don’t feel like a victim; I made every decision of my own volition.”
He did not place me in a bag, toss me in the back of a truck, and take me to my destination.
Tate’s appeal against the decision to detain him in jail for 30 days was denied last week, so he will remain in custody until February 27.
A Romanian court of appeals has maintained the decision to extend Tate’s detention until at least February 27.
Together with his brother and two of their accused female collaborators, he appeared in court in Bucharest to challenge a judge’s order to extend their arrest for a second time for 30 days.
All four, however, lost their appeals and will be detained for the whole thirty days.
The BBC stated that they presented these charges to Tate via his attorney.
His communications manager, Mateea Petrescu, stated that they would not comment on the allegations.
