Asserting that Joe Biden “may trigger a third world war due to distraction,” the Kremlin has derided his anticipated quest for a second term as president.

The former Russian prime, who has previously threatened nuclear Armageddon over the messaging service, is notorious for his lengthy outbursts on his Telegram channel.
The Russian has criticised the American President before, so this is not the first time. Biden has been referred to by Medvedev as a “weird granddad with dementia.”
According to Medvedev on Telegram, “Old Biden looks to be running for a second term.”

If Putin is forced to resign due to the conflict in Ukraine or his health, the former president may take over.
Putin has given Medvedev the responsibility of increasing the frontline’s access to missiles and tanks.
On Thursday, he responded to Volodymyr Zelensky’s requests for Western armaments at a tank manufacturing facility in Omsk.
According to Medvedev, “[In London] our opponent asked for aircraft, missiles, and tanks while overseas.”
What action do we take in response? Obviously, to enhance manufacturing of different kinds of ammunition and military hardware, such as contemporary tanks.
“We are discussing the production and modernization of thousands of tanks.”
It’s not the first time Medvedev has attacked Biden and tried to paint him as having dementia.
‘Russia cannot be held accountable for the fact that the Americans chose a bizarre grandpa with dementia as president,’ the former leader tweeted on his Telegram channel in July of last year.
