According to rumors, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband Michael Lockwood will gain full custody of the couple’s children.
The 61-year-old father of Finley and Harper, both 14 years old, who lost their mother when Lisa Marie Presley died of cardiac arrest on January 12 at the age of 54, was married to the singer for a decade after they wed in 2006.
Despite rumors of an impending custody fight between Lockwood and Presley’s other ex-husband, Danny Keough, TMZ says that the twins will live with their father exclusively.
Since the devastating news about their mother became public, Finley and Harper have been living with their father and are “comfortable” with the living arrangement, according to family sources.
At the time of her death, Presley had custody of the twins for sixty percent. Under California law, Lockwood would normally receive exclusive custody unless a judge concludes that he is unfit to be a father.

Keough, the father of Presley’s first two children, was living with Presley and the twins at the time of her death, according to a prior story by TMZ.
According to the source, Keough viewed himself as the girls’ stepfather.
Adding fuel to the fire, the publication reported that Keough and Lockwood do not get along, in part due to the bad blood that was stoked during Lockwood and Presley’s acrimonious five-year divorce battle.
However, since Lockwood has apparently been declared suitable for sole custody, Keough cannot make a move for custody, according to the news source.
Recently, it was reported that Riley, Harper, and Finley will inherit Graceland, the huge estate that formerly belonged to rock legend Elvis Presley.
Graceland has always been important to Lisa Marie Presley and her family. It was her childhood house and, more significantly, the place where her father died at the age of 42.
The Presley family announced last week that a memorial service for Lisa Marie Presley will be conducted on the property on January 22.
