A Perth taxi driver is accused of indecently assaulting a minor

In Perth, a cab driver has been charged in connection with an alleged indecent assault on a juvenile.

The 18-year-old lady is accused by police of being attacked after getting into the front passenger seat of a cab on August 28 at about 6 a.m.

According to authorities, “the cab driver will be accused with indecently assaulting her throughout the trip.”

An illegal and indecent assault accusation has been brought against a 31-year-old Dianella man.

On September 16, he will appear before the Perth Magistrates Court.

Anyone with knowledge is encouraged to call Crime Stoppers as the investigation is still underway.
