A horrifying video depicts the aftermath of an SUV smash into a New York City sports bar

On Monday night, an SUV slammed into a restaurant in Upper Manhattan, hurting almost two dozen people, including three children, according to investigators. Horrifying video footage depicts victims laying on the ground following the crash, which was captured by surveillance cameras.

At approximately 9 p.m., a white Audi sedan collided with a black Toyota RAV4, forcing the SUV to jump the curb and crash into the Inwood Bar and Grill on Broadway at West 204th Street, according to the police.

Twitter-posted videos depict a chaotic scene inside the restaurant, close to the entrances, with injured people lying on the ground and emergency responders assessing the situation.

One individual is observed attending to a patient on the ground.

Nineteen individuals were hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, while three declined medical treatment, according to police.

Monday night, 22 people were injured in an accident that occurred in Inwood, New York.

Tuesday morning, it was unclear whether all of the victims were dining outdoors at the restaurant.
