44 years old female thief wanted back in prison after breaching her license conditions

Detectives have launched an urgent appeal to track down a convicted thief who is wanted on recall to prison. Anita McGarry, aged 44, was released from jail in January after being locked up for theft, according to the Greater Manchester Police (GMP). However, the convicted crook is now wanted on prison recall for breaching her licence conditions. McGarry is known to frequent the Manchester city centre and north Manchester areas.

On Tuesday, the GMP City Centre Facebook page shared a mugshot of McGarry, stating, “#WANTED | GMP are tracing a wanted woman from North and Central #Manchester. Anita McGarry (25/10/1978) was released from prison in January 2023 after being jailed for theft. She is wanted on recall for breaching conditions of license.”
