A 17-year-old kid and a 20-year-old man were sent to the hospital following a gunshot in north-west London this morning, while police continue to search for the gunman.

After receiving reports of gunfire on Craven Park Road in Harlesden, emergency personnel raced to the scene. Both victims are said to be in stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries in the hospital.

MyLondon says that no arrests have been made and that Metropolitan Police investigations are ongoing.

Following the event, a section 60 order has been implemented in the region, allowing police officers to stop and search anybody without suspicion of a crime.

In a tweet, Brent police stated, “Insp Owen has authorized an S60 from 15:00 on the 20th to 06:00 on the 21st in response to serious violence.”

On Harlesden’s main street, a massive cordon has been set up, and police are still searching for evidence.

This latest shooting came only days after three more individuals were shot on Monday in Brent.

During another night of violence in London, three men, including a youngster, were shot, with one 21-year-old sustaining life-threatening injuries.

Late on August 15, police were summoned to Dog Lane in Brent and discovered a 17-year-old boy with a gunshot wound.

They discovered two further victims nearby: a 21-year-old male and a man in his early 20s.

Officers administered emergency first aid to the victims until paramedics arrived, after which they were all sent to the hospital.

A witness remarked, “The first man was shot in the stomach, and the other two fled.”

Two fleeing individuals were shot at. One was struck in the arm, while the other was struck in the leg. They continued to run but fell once they reached the path.

Monday’s incident prompted the response of police weapons officers, but any suspects had already departed the site by the time they arrived.

It is believed that no arrests have been made as of yet.

A little over a week ago, on August 13, a third shooting resulted in the death of 25-year-old Kacey Boothe.

Before 9.30 p.m., he was shot at Forest Rise, Walthamstow, east London, and rushed by automobile to the hospital, where he tragically died.
