Wednesday in Middleton, Leeds, West Yorkshire, the confrontation was caught in broad daylight from a car window.
No one intervened as the two lads fought on the road in the residential neighborhood.
The location was later revealed to be surrounded by police cars and sealed off with tape after the event.
Later, additional footage captured from a distance appeared to show police officers placing a person inside a car.
The adolescent, who cannot be identified, was stabbed five times in broad daylight on Wednesday and is currently undergoing surgery.
The police have arrested a 15-year-old kid on charges of intentionally inflicting great bodily harm. He remains detained.
The victim was apparently defending his younger sibling, who also witnessed the assault and was left “traumatized.”

His injuries are considered critical but not life-threatening.
The boy’s mother posted images of his injuries and bloodstained clothing on social media.
