Denim Bradshaw, 14, died after falling off a bull while at a rodeo event on Saturday night
Before emergency services were called to the Rafter K. Rodeo on Saturday evening, Cowboy Denim Bradshaw spent his final moments doing what he loved.

A spectator informed WFMY that Bradshaw was competing in the winter series of the rodeo when he fell from the bull and was trampled in the chest by the beast.

His bereaved mother referred to the horrific experience as “the longest night of [her] life.”

Shannon Bowman stated on Facebook that her “beautiful, handsome 14-year-old son had gone to be with the Lord.” “I awoke in a nightmare for the rest of my life… he was enjoying every second of it. I have never seen him happier than he was last night before he left.”

On Saturday evening, 14-year-old Denim Bradshaw died after falling from a bull during a rodeo.

The bull’s stampede on Bradshaw’s chest caused cardiac arrest.

Two EMTs at the event began life-saving procedures on Bradshaw until the arrival of emergency personnel. He was transported to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead later.

“Denim baby, you did it,” wrote Bowman. “You did it!” I am extremely proud of your strength and bravery! My little cowboy, I shall miss and love you very much, and I know that God will provide for you.

As Bradshaw fell to the ground, horrified witnesses witnessed the unfolding tragedy.

Amanda Paquette, whose son was also participating in the event, was horrified after weeks of anticipation when she witnessed Bradshaw’s death.

Paquette told the news source, “Like a single mother, I had spent the last two weeks saving money to buy my son everything he needed for the rodeo.”

“I wanted to make sure he had everything he needed to be safe, but she has no idea that her son would not be with her the following day.”

Several attendees were observed bending their heads during the occasion. Bradshaw was transported to a hospital, where he eventually passed away.

Shannon Bowman, his devastated mother, described the tragic experience as “the longest night of [her] life.”

Sunday, Rafter K Rodeo Company announced Bradford’s passing while commemorating how the community rallied together to assist.

The statement read, “Our sport is truly a family, and we are so grateful to everyone who helped.” “We are grateful for our on-site EMTs, paramedics, and law enforcement officers who work so diligently to care for the cowboys.”

This is a horrible occurrence, and words cannot express the suffering caused by this loss. We request that everyone unite in prayer for his family’s comfort and healing at this terrible time
