According to reports, Pearl was discovered by herself close to a dead pig who had a “life-threatening infection” in her uterus.
Thankfully, she survived, albeit it has been said that she is “lucky to be alive.”
The Gentle Barn, a US animal sanctuary that saved Pearl from what they claim would have been death, has published video of her tragic situation.
The now-viral TikTok video describes the miserable condition the pig was in when it was discovered and asserts that Pearl was “previously purchased from a breeder by an influencer.”
Although her previous owner hasn’t been identified specifically, social media users have quickly assumed the pig originally belonged to YouTube celebrity Logan Paul.
Although he has previously posted a number of pictures and videos with his pet pig, Pearl, Logan Paul, 27, has yet to respond.
Many pigs are frequently purchased under the pretense of being a “mini” breed, according to the Gentle Barn shelter, which causes problems for owners when they develop into much larger animals than anticipated.
