Wisconsin lawyer attacked by his client who decapitated her lover inside a court room

Lawyer Quinn Jolly, who was attacked by his client, Taylor Schabusiness, during a hearing, has officially withdrawn from the case. The incident occurred after the judge suggested moving Schabusiness’ trial back two months.

In the video, Schabusiness lunged at Jolly and pummelled him, prompting the lawyer to file a motion to be removed from the case.

Schabusiness is on trial for allegedly decapitating her lover during a meth-fueled sex romp. She reportedly stuffed the victim’s head and penis in a bucket and other body parts in a crockpot, leaving them for his mother to find.

Schabusiness pleaded not guilty to the charges, but admitted to going “crazy” after smoking methamphetamine.

Jolly had sought an extension to try to prove his client was not competent to stand trial. The Brown County Judge, Thomas Walsh, agreed to Jolly’s request to be taken off the case, given the events that transpired.

The public defender’s office has found Schabusiness another lawyer, and her next court date has been scheduled for Friday.

Schabusiness is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and third-degree sexual assault, and is being held on a $2 million cash bond.
